Friday, April 26
9am-5pm: Free Admission! Learn more about the history and home of Arbor Day. Our special display will share memorabilia and history of past Arbor Day Celebrations and how Arbor Day spread around the world. Discover how the Morton Family celebrated each year through family journal entries.
10am-4pm: Stop by for face painting, tree climbing, and guided family-friendly activities. Make your own cootie catcher, tree cookie critters, learn about seed dispersal, and more.
12pm, 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm: Join our knowledgeable guides on a Discovery Ride tour of the farm and orchards.
Wine and cider tastings, shopping and more! The first 50 visitors receive a gift bag and 10% off coupon good for any purchase at Apple House Market on Arbor Day Weekend (4/26/24-4/28/24).
6pm-9pm: Free live music on the terrace with Evans & Moore. Pop-up bar and light appetizers available for purchase.

10am-1pm: Forget what you think about iced tea. Tea n' More will be serving iced tea samples that are smooth, tasty, and offer a healthy alternative for all ages.
10am and 2pm: FREE Orchard Tours. Meet at the Depot located in between Tree Adventure and the Lied Greenhouse.
11am: LIVE Smitten Apple Tree Planting in the Orchard. Meet at the Depot located in between Tree Adventure and the Lied Greenhouse. This apple tree is the newest variety being added to the Arbor Day Orchard making us one of only five noncommercial growers worldwide. This is a big deal! Come and see history in the making and learn more about this tree variety and the proper way to get it in the ground! Learn more about Smitten Apple Trees here.

11:30am and 3:30pm: Discover all the wonderful things about trees with engaging and informative performances by Professor Elwood Pricklethorn.
12pm, 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm: Join our knowledgeable guides on a Discovery Ride tour of the farm and orchards.
1pm, 2pm & 3pm: 30-minute Lilac Trail Tours. Come enjoy the beautiful, fragrant lilacs at Arbor Lodge State Historical Park! The lilac collection, originally planted in 1996, contains 215 specimens located in several locations across the park, making it the largest public collection in Nebraska. Meet near the playground at Arbor Lodge State Historical Park.
12:30-1:15pm: Wildlife Encounters will join us in the Tree Adventure Theater and take us on a journey to explore our world’s amazing habitats and the animals that live within them! Special guest appearances from an Eurasian owl, wallaby, bull snake, glass lizard, fennec fox and armadillo.
2pm: Catch a performance by the String Beans on the Treetop Village deck located behind Tree Adventure.
6pm: Dine under the trees with a curated dinner in our Woodland Grove. Reserve your seat and grab tickets here.
Sunday, April 28
7am (adults only) and 9am (family-friendly): Greet the day with free yoga on the Hazelnut Lawn
