As you submit your donation request, please keep in mind
- Requests should be submitted at least one month in advance of an event to allow for review.
- Expect processing time between 3-4 weeks upon receiving your request.
- If your request is approved, the donation will be mailed to the contact information provided in the form below.
- Due to an overwhelming number of requests received, all submissions will be reviewed. However, every request cannot be approved.
- Gift certificates will be issued; we cannot authorize monetary donations.
- Please, no phone calls or emails regarding the status of your request. Thank you!
