Arbor Day Farm Tree Adventure
November
- Adventure Hike, Saturdays, 1:00 PM, at the Tree Adventure. Enjoy fall foliage, woodland animals and great photography with an expert guide. Reservations recommended: (402) 873-8717 or email us.
December
- Santa’s Winter Woods Celebration, Dec. 6, 11 AM to 5 PM, at the Tree Adventure. The entire family will enjoy this natural celebration of the holidays with Santa, his reindeer and woodland wildlife. Hike through the winter forest and enjoy a cup of hot apple cider.
- Audubon Bird Count, Dec. 21 28, all day, at the Tree Adventure. Take part in a nation-wide bird event by counting our feather friends at Arbor Day Farm. You’ll also enjoy winter hiking along our beautiful trails.

Season of Discovery Day Trip
Daily, November 1 – Decemeber 31
Be inspired by nature. Your package includes: Tree Adventure admission, lunch or Sunday brunch at the Timber Dining Room, wine tasting and souvenir glass or hot spiced cider with a half-gallon of cider to take home, a 10% discount at the Tree Adventure gift shop (excludes books or food), and a tree-seedling to plant as a lasting memory.

- Children 3 to 13 — $15.
- Children 2 and under — free.

Wine Tasting
Daily
Last fall’s harvest of red and white grapes has finished its delicious journey from vine to wine. Join us for Arbor Day Farm wine tasting of reds, whites and sweet fruits. Daily at the new Apple House Wine Tasting Room. Fridays and Saturdays, 5:30 to 7:30 PM, at Lied Lodge. Take home a bottle or case.
Group Outings
We’re the place for corporate family days, family reunions, birthday parties (for kids and adults), club outings and youth groups. Your day with nature can include the Tree Adventure, Discovery Ride, Adventure Hike, wine tasting, catered meals, campfire and s’mores. Now booking summer and fall events. Discovery Ride
Daily, April 1 – October 31
Uncover the secrets and the surprises of the forest. Ride under the canopy of a giant red oak leaf. Embark on a one-hour, three-mile journey through the woodland trails across the historic 260-acre Arbor Day Farm. Read more about the Discovery Ride.
