Embark on a Journey Deep into the Forest

Climb aboard the Arbor Day Farm Discovery Ride and get in on the secrets and the surprises of the forest.

This one-hour journey into the backwoods of Arbor Day Farm gives you a front-row seat to nature. Ride through orchards and vineyards, over streambeds, and all across these historic 260 acres of Arbor Day Farm while your friendly and informational tour guide shares little-known facts, historical tidbits, and conservation information along the way.

During the fall season, the Discovery Ride stops at Arbor Day Farm's Preservation Orchard, where guests can see and learn about the more than 70 varieties of antique apples that grow there. Don't miss your chance to see these rare, antique apples that are not commercially available. Climb aboard!

Monday through Friday, 2pm
Saturdays and Sundays at 2pm and 3pm

Applejack Weekend - Sept. 18 & 19, 2010
Rides depart hourly, 10am-5pm

Discovery Ride tickets are available for purchase at the Tree Adventure Pavilion, at the Lied Lodge front desk, or you can purchase Discovery Ride tickets online.
